Just posted some more cake pictures

 Round 12", 10" and 8" carrot cakes with cream cheese frosting.  (That is why it is off-white.)  Shell border with extensive fresh flower cascade.


10", 8" and 6" rounds with buttercream frosting.  Yellow stars and shell border with fresh flower accents.



Our first official sister's sweets wedding cake.  Huge cake but I don't remember the sizes.  Buttercream frosting with ribbon accents and topper.

Oval 12", 10" and 8" stacked with cream cheese frosting.  Shell border and fresh floral cascade.
 Individually tiered 12", 10", 8" and 6" round cakes with buttercream. Scrollwork on lower half of each layer.

 14", 12", 8" and 6" square stacked cakes with buttercream.  Shell border with fresh flower and ribbon accents.
Round 14", 12", 8" and 6" cake with buttercream.  Dot border and stars on sides on cakes.  Ribbon and fresh flower accents.


Round 12", 10" and 8" stacked cakes with cream cheese frosting.  Dot border and scrollwork with beads on upper half of layers.  Extensive fresh floral cascade.

 We also make a variety of gourmet cheesecakes.  Those pictured include new york style, carmel pecan, double chocolate, strawberry swirl and triple chip flavors.  This would be an fun alternative to the traditional wedding cake. (These are covered in plastic wrap for food safety purposes at a craft fair.)


 Full sheet cake frosted with buttercream.  Decorated with star border, shaved chocolate and large fresh flower accent.  Easy to serve for large crowds.
